Becoming a Tesla Powerwall certified installer is a rigorous process that typically spans two to three years. To earn this certification, individuals or companies must undergo meticulous scrutiny by Tesla. This evaluation includes a comprehensive examination of our trading history, installation audits, and adherence to Tesla’s quality standards. Achieving this certification represents a commitment to excellence in the field of renewable energy and battery storage, signifying a dedication to the highest standards of workmanship and a deep understanding of Tesla’s innovative energy solutions. Tile Energy are 1 of 100 certified Tesla Powerwall Installers in the UK and 1 of just a small handful in the South West. Tile Energy outpaced all competing companies by installing the highest number of Tesla Powerwalls in 2022.
Tile Energy Which? Trusted Trader Mark
Tile Energy are delighted to have passed rigorous examinations by consumer champion Which? and have been awarded the coveted Which? Trusted Trader Mark.
As part of the process, Which? contacted a random selection of customers to check references. They then examined Tile Energy’s business processes and administration procedures to ensure that the business has the customer’s interests in mind.
Tile Energy MCS Certified
The Microgeneration Certification Scheme is an internationally recognised quality assurance scheme supported by the Department of Energy and Climate Change. This accreditation ensures that the certified installer and/or company complies with rigorous industry standards and guidelines for the design, installation, and servicing of renewable energy systems, such as solar panels, wind turbines, and heat pumps.
Tile Energy RECC Accreditation
As members of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC), firms agree to abide by the Consumer Code. It covers all the factors that contribute to a high standard of consumer service and consumer protection, before, during and after a contract is agreed upon within the renewable energy sector. Focused on the installation and servicing of renewable energy systems, such as solar panels, wind turbines, and heat pumps, RECC-accredited companies adhere to a set of industry guidelines and best practices designed to protect the rights and interests of consumers. This accreditation offers assurance to customers that they will receive fair treatment, transparent information, and quality service when engaging with a renewable energy company, helping to build trust and confidence in the industry.
